Skills

We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken, and organized Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently.

This role requires someone who can create a positive first impression for the organization while ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Manage the front office / reception area efficiently
  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments/persons
  • Administrative Support
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists, visitor records, and office files
  • Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, letters, memos, and reports
  • Maintain a proper filing system for office records and documents

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams for visitor management and meeting arrangements
  • Support management and staff with general administrative and coordination tasks
  • Provide general assistance to employees and visitors as required

Skills Required

  • Must be presentable and good in English communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle calls, visitors, and office coordination professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle front office and admin responsibilities independently
  • Prior experience in reception / administration / front office preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
