Position: Inventory Manager for - IBBN (Stores)

Location: Pune PMC Area

Required Education and Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in BCom\MBA, Business Administration, or related fields and 4+ years of experience in a retail and FMCG or only FMCG

Preferred: Strong Knowledge on Inventory management processes Experience in managing multi Stores People Management (ability to manage large teams) Strong Communication Skills Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills Planning & Prioritization Skill

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily briefings with Inventory Controller, Row In charge, and Inventory Executives to review daily activities.
• Oversee Multi Stores Inventory metrics: Fill Rate, Write-offs, Stock Updates, Inventory Accuracy & Customer Complaints.
• Verify accuracy of inventory accounting transactions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.
• Conduct weekly Inventory metrics reviews across all LOBs.
• Standardize planograms across all LOBs.
• Ensure 100% adherence to inventory hygiene checks, including Bin Audits, FIFO Checks, Cycle Counts, Display Standards, and timely replenishment.
• Manage resources efficiently.
• Track near expiry and DOH and take timely action.
• Liaise with inter-functional departments: Projects, HR, B&M, IT, Inbound & Outbound teams. 11. Accountable for asset management for all BLs, movable and fixed assets in the region.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to inventory processes.
• Conduct wall-to-wall Inventory Audits for all BLs in the region.
• Adhere to Returns Management processes.
• Improve resource efficiency for Stackers & Inventory resources.
• Evaluate resources and build leadership skills to ensure team performance.
• Involved in new initiatives.
• Ensure no surprises in inventory management process.
• Conduct data analysis and take corrective actions on deviations.
