Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Gurugram, India.
The Senior Sales
Manager will oversee client relationship management, develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property investments, conducting property sales meetings, and maintaining an updated knowledge of verified projects in prime locations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the team, lead negotiations, and ensure seamless client experiences from inquiry to closure.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate consultancy
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and property investments

- Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, including DLF and prime locations
