Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ludhiana East for a Field Service Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and electrical systems. The technician will also perform regular inspections, document service activities, provide technical support to clients, and ensure that all work complies with safety and operational standards. This position requires frequent field visits and close interaction with clients to address service requests effectively and promptly.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electrical and electronic systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for diagnosing and resolving system issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills to provide support and interact with clients effectively
• Organizational skills to manage service schedules and maintain accurate documentation
• Familiarity with safety protocols, tools, and equipment used in field service activities
• Ability to travel locally and work on-site as required
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous field service experience and industry certifications are desirable
