Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple technology projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in writing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), developing and managing requirements matrices, controlling project timelines, mitigating scope creep, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure
- Write, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and other project documentation
- Develop, maintain, and track requirements matrices to ensure business and technical alignment
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project scope and proactively identify, communicate, and control scope creep
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while balancing priorities, resources, and deadlines
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful execution
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Support change management, testing coordination, and post-implementation reviews as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience writing and reviewing SOWs
- Strong experience creating and managing requirements traceability matrices / requirement matrices
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, scope, risks, and resources
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of project governance, documentation, and delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations or enhancement projects
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, integrations, and business process improvement
