Project Accountant in Real Estate Development

This role involves comprehensive management of financial operations across multiple entities. You will engage with finance and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle accounting, journal entries, and consolidated reporting for development projects and entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes across entities
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support monthly and annual financial statements (ASPE)
• Track and reconcile construction costs by project
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA completed or in progress
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
