Job Description
Bethesda Scoliosis & Posture is seeking a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing specialty spine practice focused on adult scoliosis, spinal deformity, posture correction, degenerative scoliosis, kyphosis, and non-surgical spine care.
This is NOT a spa environment. We are building a high-touch clinical model where massage therapy plays an important role alongside corrective exercise, chiropractic care, traction, and laser therapy.
Our goal is to create one of the premier adult scoliosis and spinal deformity centers in the region.
Position Type
- Part-time initially (approximately 15–25 hours/week)
- Strong potential to expand into full-time as patient demand grows

- ResponsibilitiesProvide focused 15-minute clinical soft tissue sessions integrated into structured treatment visits.Common patient presentations include:Adult scoliosisDegenerative scoliosisKyphosis / forward postureDisc degenerationChronic spinal painPostural collapse / sagittal imbalancePost-surgical spine patientsTreatment approaches may include:
- Myofascial release
- Trigger point therapy
- Thoracolumbar fascial work
- Rib mobility work
- Hip / pelvic soft tissue work
- Scar mobilization
- Stretch-assisted therapy
- Clinical massage techniques supporting posture correction

- Active Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license required
