Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism using multi-line phone systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and visitors.
• Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
• Assist with booking reservations and managing guest requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Uphold the standards of hospitality that define Best Western.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or hotel front desk roles.
• Excellent communication skills, including multilingual or bilingual abilities.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred.
