• Position: Jr. Process Engineer (Chemical)
• Department: Engineering
• Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Job Profile:

• Process Optimization: Analyse and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process-related issues in production.
• Process Design & Improvement: Assist in the design, implementation, and scale-up of new processes or modifications to existing processes. Conduct trials and experiments to ensure process changes are effective.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse production data to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, operations, and quality teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and product formulations into the manufacturing environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. Participate in safety audits and process risk assessments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Training & Support: Provide training and technical guidance to operators and technicians on new processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

Desired Profile:

• B.E / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 2 to 5 yrs of experience in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering with Speciality Chemical / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas industries.
• Preference would be given to Male candidate only working nearby Dahej / Bharuch / Ankleshwar etc.
• Strong understanding of chemical process engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of PFD, P&ID.
• Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting in a production setting.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools, data analysis software, and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
