WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Propose solutions and negotiate contracts or renewals
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention
- Ensure follow-up through the CRM and produce performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Contribute to understanding client needs in development, integration, and product areas, in order to better guide proposed solutions
- Analyze the market, participate in events, and identify new client opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in business administration, commerce, IT, engineering, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management
- Proven experience in selling custom software development services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and results orientation
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up)
- Technical skills: ability to understand client needs, define project scope, and contribute to the structuring and pricing of complex development mandates.
- Business understanding: familiarity with development, integration, and product services
- Relationship-driven sales approach with a focus on long-term partnerships rather than transactional selling
- Assets: experience in the Aerospace/Defense sectors
- Proficiency with a CRM software (Dynamics, etc.)
