Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Chef who will be responsible for hiring kitchen staff, setting up new outlets, and managing chef operations across locations. This role requires strong culinary expertise along with operational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Chef Hiring & Team Building
- Hire and onboard chefs across multiple locations (PAN India)
- Conduct trials and skill assessments
- Build a strong pipeline of kitchen staff
New Store Setup
- Lead kitchen setup for new outlets
- Ensure proper equipment planning and kitchen layout
- Support pre-opening activities and launch readiness
Training & Standardization
- Train chefs on recipes, SOPs, and presentation
- Ensure consistency in taste and quality across outlets
- Develop and implement kitchen processes
Travel & Coordination
- Manage travel and stay arrangements for chefs (tickets, accommodation, etc.)
- Coordinate inter-city chef movement during store launches
Operations Support
- Monitor kitchen performance and hygiene standards
- Conduct regular audits and improvements
- Support existing outlets in case of staff shortages
Pay: ₹18,084.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
