In this senior role, you'll design, implement, and manage voice and fax systems while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will oversee the production environments, ensuring seamless operations and performance in VoIP services. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll lead initiatives that keep the telecom infrastructure resilient as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain VoIP phone systems and SIP trunking
• Manage Fax over IP solutions and troubleshoot transmission issues
• Execute upgrades from legacy systems to modern VoIP
• Monitor call quality and resolve degradation issues
• Oversee the backup and disaster recovery strategy

Requirements

• 3–7 years of VoIP platform experience (Cisco, Avaya)
• Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, T.38)
• Networking fundamentals for voice traffic
• Practical experience with gateways and session border controllers
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
