PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.

Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist on the Member Marketing team, you’ll help bring marketing strategies to life by supporting and coordinating campaigns that connect with audiences and advance BECU’s goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping marketing initiatives by translating ideas into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution across channels. Through research, analysis, and collaboration, your work will inform smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.

You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver thoughtful, effective marketing solutions. Your contributions will help ensure marketing efforts are aligned, consistent, and impactful.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA,OR,ID, CA, AZ, TX, GA, NC,VAor SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Campaign Execution & Support: You’ll lead the support and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Marketing Planning & Brief Development: You’ll help develop and refine marketing plans and draft project briefs that clearly guide campaign execution and expectations.
  • Process Improvement: You’ll build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing processes to promote consistency, efficiency, and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Research & Benchmarking: You’ll conduct research and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging trends and best practices.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: You’ll prepare detailed reports and performance analyses, using campaign metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Project Coordination: You’ll coordinate logistics and scheduling for marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are aligned, on track, and delivered on time.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: You’ll manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to support collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Budget & Expense Management: You’ll track budgets and manage expenses for the team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Timeline & Risk Management: You’ll monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and address challenges to keep work within scope and schedule.
  • Brand Stewardship: You’ll champion brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
