We are a brand new beauty business looking for passionate and eager beauty service providers that have an affinity for excellent customer service and excellent application of their skills for clients.

A good fit for the team is someone who has experience, is a team player, proactive, customer-centered, and passionate about their craft. Additionally willing to work afternoon, evening and night shifts as well as weekends.

We have openings in the services listed above and look forward to hearing from you. Should you want to rent a chair, that can be discussed. If available, please add a portfolio of past work or social media pages documenting your work. The types of work available are contract and part-time.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience.
• Proper hygiene and sanitation practices
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience.
• Must be available between the times of 3pm-11pm for a minimum of 3 days.
• Must be available for a minimum of 4 hours in a row for closing and/or opening shifts.
• Flexibility
• Previous salon experience and schooling is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Nail Technicians

Tasks:

• Manicure & Pedicure services
• Massage
• Proper nail prep
• Lacquer and gel polish application
• Natural nail care and services

Application of artificial nail extensions and builder gels as well as their SAFE removal

• Note that it is not required to have experience with all of these extension methods, however, the more systems you are comfortable with, the stronger your application.

Types of extensions:

• Acrylic
• Bio gel/Ibd gel
• UV gel
• BIAB
• Gel X
• Hard gel

Nail art skills (not mandatory but strongly preferred)

• Custom designs/Inspired works
• Chrome
• Ombre
• French tip
• 3D art
• Line art work

Keeping the salon clean

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
