Job Description
Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support on-site event coordination and logistics
- Assist with vendor coordination and communication
- Provide guest support and ensure a high level of service
- Oversee event setup and breakdown
- Communicate schedules and logistics to staff and attendees
- Ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish
About You:
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to provide a high-touch, guest-focused experience
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in events, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
About The Position:
- Training: Monday, 5/11 from 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Event Date: Tuesday, 5/12 from 8:00am-5:00pm
- $21-$22/hr
