Our client a real estate investment group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship management
• Support hiring needs across corporate and property-level roles
• Manage job postings, recruiting reports, and staffing-related advertising
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance with onboarding documentation
• Support HR initiatives including employee programs, culture, and process improvements

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (PHR) preferred
• 5+ years of HR/recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and employment compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in property management preferred
• Ability to travel locally as needed

About The Position:

• Start Date: ASAP!
• Duration: Temporary-to-permanent
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• $33-$40/hr
• Permanent Salary: $75K-$90K
• Fully onsite in Washington, DC
