EMC Business Solutions LLP (EMC) was founded as a business in January 2014 to empower businesses through Finance and Digital Technology. EMC’s business is to provide inventory financing for the network of independently owned Beachcomber independent dealerships and enter the digital world of sales and marketing. EMC believes digital marketing is going to replace the traditional forms of marketing and shoppers would increasingly use the internet as their source for shopping. EMC invested heavily in staffing and digital experts as they introduced new marketing strategies for independently owned Beachcomber dealerships. The strategy of entering the world of digital sales and marketing also saw EMC set up Omni-Channel sales of Beachcomber hot tubs in markets and retail supply chains that Beachcomber independent dealerships were not presently in. EMC believed increasing the awareness of Beachcomber through digital marketing and entering new sales channels would increase sales of Beachcomber hot tubs and Beachcomber Plus Products for Beachcomber and its network of independently owned dealerships.

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join the EMC Edge Marketing team. This role will focus on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns — from strategy and setup through ongoing optimization and ROI reporting. You will work side by side with the creative graphics team to ensure digital marketing activities optimize product and brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive traffic to Beachcomber’s online and in-store shopping channels. You will have a key voice translating campaign data into decisions that drive revenue growth for Beachcomber Hot Tubs and its independent dealerships. This is a position for someone who takes ownership, loves performance data, and is passionate about optimizing digital marketing in a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video), Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign architecture and bidding strategy.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative briefs; design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creative, and audience segments.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to consistently deliver against performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CVR).

SEM Investment Analysis & ROI Optimization

  • Continuously evaluate the efficiency of paid media investments; identify underperforming segments and recommend budget reallocation to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign spend, attribution paths, and conversion funnels to surface growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
  • Stay current on platform updates, Smart Bidding strategies, and emerging ad formats to ensure EMC Edge is always leveraging best-in-class capabilities.
  • Proactively identify new channels, audience opportunities, or campaign types that could enhance overall digital marketing performance.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into campaign health and ROI.
  • Set up and validate tracking in Google Tag Manager, including event configurations, custom conversions, GA4 integration, and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Own UTM strategy, attribution interpretation, and funnel analysis; ensure data integrity across all reporting layers.
  • Deliver structured, insight-rich performance reports to the Digital Marketing Leader and Beachcomber management team on a regular cadence.

Sales Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with the sales team to align SEM and paid media campaigns with lead generation goals, seasonal promotions, and dealership revenue targets.
  • Provide the sales team with visibility into lead quality, pipeline contribution, and channel attribution from paid media efforts.
  • Partner with creative, content, and web teams to ensure landing pages, ad assets, and messaging are optimized for conversion.
  • Act as a trusted digital media advisor and resource to Beachcomber’s management team — translating goals into actionable strategies and explaining complex performance concepts in plain language.

What success looks like

✓ Campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL) are consistently improving quarter over quarter.

✓ Paid media investments are actively analyzed and reallocated to the highest-performing channels and audiences.

✓ Reports are clear, high-value, and used by leadership to make confident marketing investment decisions.

✓ The sales team has clear visibility into how paid media is generating and qualifying leads.

✓ New strategies, platforms, and tests are continuously being proposed and validated.

✓ Beachcomber Hot Tubs' digital marketing needs are managed with accuracy, ownership, and confidence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience coordinating and managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency and/or in-house marketing team.
  • Demonstrated success running multi-channel campaigns with accountability to performance targets.
  • Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable in data-heavy workflows, can interpret attribution models, and know how to turn numbers into a clear narrative.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze SEM investment efficiency, and make data-driven recommendations that improve ROI.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain complex media concepts simply and present confidently to management.

Platform Proficiency (Required)

  • Google Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max, Video
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Nice to Have

  • CRM or marketing automation tools — HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Google Ads certification (Search, Performance Max, or Video).

  • Programmatic advertising experience — DV360, The Trade Desk, or Hivestack.
  • Landing page optimization and CRO tools — SEMrush, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how organic and paid strategies complement each other.
