About Us

At Be Grounded Counselling (本然輔導), we are committed to providing grounded, culturally sensitive, and high-quality psychological support to our community. As our clinic continues to expand its partnerships with WorkBC and ICBC (MVA recovery/rehabilitation), we are looking for dedicated, independent Registered Clinical Counsellors to join our growing team.

To better serve our diverse clientele, we are specifically looking to expand our language capacities.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking multilingual associates who are fluent in English and one (or more) of the following languages:

Vietnamese

Korean

Hindi

Punjabi

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: A Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

Professional Registration: Must be a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the CCPA in good standing.

Clinical Experience: Experience working with, or a strong interest in, ICBC rehabilitation claims (dealing with trauma, chronic pain, and daily functioning impairments) and/or WorkBC clients (vocational and employment-focused mental health support) is highly preferred.

In-Person Session Space: Must have access to a professional, confidential clinical space to conduct in-person sessions (Richmond location highly preferred). Clinicians who utilize hourly clinical office rentals or shared practice spaces are welcome.

Compliance: Active professional liability insurance and up-to-date association membership credentials.

Autonomy: Strong case management, timely report writing skills, and the ability to work independently.
