Job Title: Solar Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar panel systems for residential, commercial, and/or industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with photovoltaic (PV) systems and a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.

• Key Responsibilities:-

Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar energy systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and implement effective repairs

Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Test system performance and ensure optimal energy output

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians

Follow workplace safety guidelines and use protective equipment

• Required Qualifications:-

Proven experience in solar panel installation or electrical work

Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems and electrical wiring

Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with grid-tied and off-grid solar systems

Knowledge of battery storage systems and inverters

• Work Setting:-

Outdoor and rooftop work in various weather conditions

May require travel to different job sites

Occasional overtime based on project deadlines

• Salary Range:-

Entry Level: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
