Platform Reliability Engineer

Ensure Workday platform reliability as a Platform Engineer. Architect integrations and support strong data flow across diverse business functions in a dynamic environment.

Your role will involve overseeing the reliability and evolution of the Workday platform while addressing the intricate needs of HR, Finance, and Procurement. At Level II, you will manage mid-to-high complexity integrations, while Level III candidates will focus on team mentorship and leading architecture standards. Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the development of inbound and outbound integrations
• Lead platform improvements through data analysis
• Maintain custom reports for business operations
• Identify and resolve integration issues proactively
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years in Workday integration development
• Proficient in integration tools and security configurations
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Workday certification preferred for deeper expertise
