Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern software engineering practices, cloud development, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive enterprise-scale solutions . Responsibilities:

Serve as a firm-wide technical resource on large-scale programs across multiple operating systems and infrastructures. Apply deep expertise in at least one technology and design technique to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications. Lead and coach teams in Agile frameworks, fostering effective engineering practices. Mentor engineers as a coach in at least one technical skill and promote continuous improvement. Champion Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development across project teams. Design and implement cloud-native solutions with attention to resiliency, security, and operational excellence. Evaluate cutting-edge technologies and trends and influence their adoption to meet business objectives. Represent the organization through thought leadership, including presentations or publications, as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in at least one core technology stack and design technique, with proficiency across the software development lifecycle and toolsets. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Test Driven Development. Strong knowledge of cloud development and security and resiliency best practices. Demonstrated leadership in Agile delivery and team cultivation. Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor engineers. Experience working across large, multi-platform environments and enterprise programs. Preferred Skills:

Public cloud experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) with infrastructure-as-code and observability tools.
