Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing hardware and software issues, from faulty electrical sockets to complex system malfunctions, and implementing solutions.
Installation & Setup: Setting up workstations, installing essential software, and ensuring all peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors) are functional and calibrated.
System Maintenance: Performing routine checks and preventative maintenance to ensure all machines and networks are in good condition, preventing potential delays.
Safety & Compliance: Developing and documenting safety procedures and maintenance plans to protect users and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
Inventory & Supplier Management: Purchasing necessary parts, tools, and batteries, and negotiating service agreements or contracts with suppliers.
User Support & Communication: Clearly explaining technical issues to non-technical staff and providing estimated repair times to manage expectations.
Technical Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and system configurations
