Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Channel Partner)

Location: Thane / Mumbai

Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Relationship Manager for a leading channel partner firm to drive property sales through strong client engagement, site visits, and deal closures. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from enquiry generation to final booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert enquiries, walk-ins, and leads into site visits
  • Drive sales closures through effective follow-ups and negotiations
  • Manage end-to-end pre-sales and closing process
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure high conversion ratios
  • Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Thane & Mumbai

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate/channel sales
  • Strong knowledge of Thane & Mumbai real estate market
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Smart, proactive, and a solution-oriented thinker
  • Strong client handling and rapport-building skills
