We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Present BAY Workforce's staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, service agreements, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing, recruitment, or B2B services.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience selling staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, logistics, or HR services is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
