Addictions Treatment (Site) Manager

The Site Manager role at the Battlefords Treatment

Centre is responsible for overseeing daily operations and

supervising the addictions counselling

team.

This position provides leadership,

clinical guidance, and support to staff while ensuring high-quality

care for clients experiencing substance use

challenges.

Key responsibilities

include :

Developing and monitoring client

treatment plans

Managing team

performance

Ensuring compliance with policies

and accreditation standards, and

Supporting

client intake, orientation, and discharge

processes.

The role also involves maintaining

accurate documentation, fostering a safe and professional

environment, and actively supporting clients? recovery through

counselling, engagement, and wholistic wellness

practices.

A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in

Social Work or Psychology would be considered an asset for this

role.
