Qualifications Required: - 7 to 12 years of project management experience, preferably in AV integration, interior fit-out, architecture, or building services. - Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams across project sites and in-office, with strong vendor and subcontractor management skills. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent. - Comfortable with project financials, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel to project sites across India. - Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate.
