Key Objectives Provide prompt and clear communication to clients via chat regarding legal services and inquiries. Assist in resolving client questions and concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Support the overall client experience by delivering accurate information and escalating complex issues when necessary. Responsibilities Respond to incoming chat inquiries from clients seeking legal information or assistance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal services offered by The Pines Resort Bass Lake. Document and track client interactions accurately within internal systems. Identify and escalate urgent or complex matters to appropriate legal professionals. Ensure compliance with privacy policies and legal confidentiality standards. Collaborate with team members to improve chat support processes and client satisfaction. Assist with follow-up communications as needed to ensure client needs are met. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in legal services or related fields. Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficient with chat platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
