We're building AI-powered products that redefine how teams work — and we're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team.
This isn't just any design role. We're looking for an
AI-first designer
— someone who leverages the latest AI design and prototyping tools to move fast, explore more, and deliver high-quality work while applying strong human judgment to ensure clarity, usability, and real-world impact.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end product design across web and mobile surfaces
- Rapidly design and prototype experiences using AI tools — generative UI, AI-assisted wireframing, and no-code/low-code builders
- Translate ideas into functional prototypes quickly using Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Balance speed with strong UX fundamentals — outputs that are not just fast, but intuitive and effective
- Define, evolve, and maintain the design system
- Conduct user research and facilitate usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Drive consistency and quality across all product touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio spanning SaaS, mobile, or consumer products
- Mastery of Figma, deep knowledge of design systems, sharp eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows
- Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with strong design fundamentals for polished, production-ready experiences
- Comfortable running user interviews, synthesising insights, and translating them into clear product decisions
- Knows when to rely on AI vs when to apply human judgment — especially in high-impact UX decisions
- Proven ability to partner with engineering and product to ship on tight timelines
Tools & Tech:
- Figma | FigJam | Maze / UserTesting | Lottie / Motion | Zeroheight | HTML/CSS basics
- AI toolkit: ChatGPT / Claude | Midjourney / DALL·E | Galileo AI | Uizard | Framer AI | Webflow AI
Bonus if you have:
- Experience designing AI or ML interfaces
- Background at an early-stage or growth startup
- B2B SaaS product design experience
- Prior design leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- Experience building or launching products independently using no-code or AI-assisted tools
- Strong intuition for where AI enhances creativity vs where it introduces noise
If you're a designer who knows when to let AI accelerate your work and when human judgment matters more, we'd love to hear from you.
