Finance & Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and accounting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving business growth, managing financial processes, and leveraging AI tools for efficient documentation and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities

AI & Documentation:

• Use AI tools to create reports, presentations, and marketing content
• Automate routine documentation and improve workflow efficiency
• Prepare high-quality business proposals and client presentations
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Grammarly, Canva, Jasper AI, and Zoho CRM for content creation, reporting, automation, and marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (Preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing & Finance or relevant field
• Experience in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
• Exposure to financial reporting and compliance

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
