Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of beverages and their mixing, knowledge of local geographical preferences
- To identify and highlight cleanliness issues in the bar and immediately eliminate those
- To serve the beverages as per order and guest preferences in time to satisfy the guest
- Serving beverages and maintaining the bar
- Ensure daily cleaning of Bar after operations - Cocktail station, Freezers
- Strictly follow the standard recipe & peg measures
- Collect feedback from sources for improvement
- Supporting the senior Bartender and maintaining the bar with maximum hygiene
- Min Experience 2 years in similar kind of work
