About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bang & Olufsen, introducing clients to our award-winning products and helping them discover solutions that elevate their lifestyle. You will provide personalized consultations, build lasting client relationships, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to a diverse clientele.
• Create memorable and engaging in-store experiences.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored audio, home entertainment, and lifestyle solutions.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay informed about new launches and innovations.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Support visual merchandising and uphold luxury retail standards throughout the showroom.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Has experience in luxury retail, premium consumer electronics, hospitality, automotive, fashion, or a similar client-focused environment.
• Enjoys building relationships and interacting with new people every day.
• Is naturally motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining a premium customer experience.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Has a passion for design, technology, music, and luxury lifestyle products.
• Is available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
