We are excited to announce the opening of our new flagship location in the heart of Toronto's prestigious Yorkville Avenue. We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Sales Associates to join our world-class team and help deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bang & Olufsen, introducing clients to our award-winning products and helping them discover solutions that elevate their lifestyle. You will provide personalized consultations, build lasting client relationships, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to a diverse clientele.
- Create memorable and engaging in-store experiences.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored audio, home entertainment, and lifestyle solutions.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay informed about new launches and innovations.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals.
- Support visual merchandising and uphold luxury retail standards throughout the showroom.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational excellence.
