Position: Kannada Curriculum Designer

Location: Work from Office, HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, edit, enhance, and develop Kannada curriculum content for students across different grades and learning levels.
• Design new curriculum modules and learning resources based on business and academic requirements.
• Ensure the curriculum is engaging, age-appropriate, structured, and aligned with learning outcomes.
• Conduct teacher training sessions and support educators with lesson delivery strategies.
• Monitor teacher quality, classroom performance, and student learning outcomes.
• Provide regular feedback, audits, and improvement plans for educators.
• Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency in teaching standards and content quality across the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Kannada Teacher or Kannada Academic Expert.
• Relevant qualifications in Kannada language/literature/education.
• Strong command over written and spoken Kannada.
• Prior experience in curriculum design, academic content review, or teacher training will be preferred.
• Ability to create engaging, child-friendly learning materials.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in online teaching platforms or the EdTech industry.
• Knowledge of curriculum frameworks and pedagogy for primary grades.
• Ability to manage teacher performance and academic quality standards.
