Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor at Balajee Infratech & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad.

The Construction

Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising work crews, managing schedules, conducting regular site inspections, and enforcing safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and expertise in Site Supervision
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring adherence to project specifications
• In-depth understanding and application of Construction Safety standards
• Ability to problem-solve and manage construction schedules effectively
• Proven experience in leading construction projects, preferably in infrastructure development
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
