Job Description

Bal Vidya Kendra (BVK) is a trusted name in early childhood education. We are expanding our franchise network and looking for a passionate Curriculum Developer and Teacher Trainer who can design preschool curriculum and train teachers across our partner schools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Preschool and Pre-Primary Curriculum
• Create lesson plans, activity sheets, and assessment tools
• Conduct teacher training sessions (Online and Offline)
• Visit franchise schools for teacher training and classroom setup support
• Develop training manuals and teaching methodologies
• Ensure curriculum quality and consistency across all franchise locations

Requirements

• Experience in Preschool or Montessori Curriculum Development
• Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Experience in Teacher Training (Online and Offline)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel to franchise locations when required
• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in preschool curriculum or training
