Area Manager - Tractor Finance

Job Purpose To set up entire distribution which includes sales team, Dealer network used tractor DSA and brokers for the region Achieve MoM business sales targets also manage Collections and PDD.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.- Creating Distribution and Business DeliveryLast mile(SM) hiring Setting up new dealer networkMonth on month business deliverySetting up DSA networkMarket share creationPDD maintenanceAsset quality maintenance2.

• Team ManagementHiring right team structure for his/her regionManaging team of Sales managersAttrition management of last mileTraining and development of team and developing their skillsetGuiding team in understanding lending, banking and rural business3.
• Cross Functional alignmentDriving sales to collect model and alignment with collection for DPD managementInteracting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and disbursement4.
• Cross sell Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI), Asset Insurance and others in his/her region5.
• Business MIS ReportsTimely reporting of business figures Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her region6.
