As a Web Developer in an enterprise-support organization, the candidate will be part of an Agile Development team of Web Developers and IT professionals. The web development team supports multiple web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Responsibilities include participating in planning meetings, customer demos, daily scrums, and retrospectives. The candidate maintains multi-tiered web applications and creates new web applications on the Service Now Platform. Responsibilities will include:
- Participation in Program Increment Planning meetings
- Participation in Technical Planning meetings
- Participation in Customer Demos
- Participation daily team scrums
- Participate in Team Retrospectives
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of web development concepts and software development methodologies. The candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work on multiple projects both with other team members, and with little supervision. The candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills and the persistence to resolve issues.
Required Skills and Education
- Professional Experience: 5 years with a BS/BA or 11 Years with HS
- Experience in ColdFusion Development
- Experience in Service Now Low Code Development
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and modeling
- Experience with relational databases
- TS/SCI required
