Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day calling operations, train team members, optimize sales processes, and consistently drive performance.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecalling/inside sales
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance management
- Ability to design, implement, and improve operational processes
- Willingness to work from office in Chembur during specified hours
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Team Management
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure consistent and timely lead follow-ups by the team
- Monitor live and recorded calls to maintain quality standards
- Provide real-time feedback and intervene when necessary to improve outcomes
- Drive team motivation and ensure consistent achievement of targets
People Management
- Manage performance of team members, including handling underperformance
- Identify hiring needs and work with HR to recruit and onboard new talent
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Training & Development
- Develop and update training modules (voice, accent, and sales techniques)
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training programs
- Coach team members on effective sales strategies and communication
Quality & Process Management
- Ensure adherence to scripts and prevent misleading or incorrect communication
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior within the team
- Continuously improve calling scripts, workflows, and conversion processes
Marketing & Coordination
- Create and refine call scripts, email templates, and SMS content
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing communication requirements
- Align sales efforts with broader marketing campaigns
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and industry standards)
