We make content that millions of children love and parents trust. We've partnered with brands like Hamleys, Mother Dairy, Little Joys, and Airlearn to build meaningful, story-led brand integrations that actually work for kids and families.
Now we're scaling our brand partnerships engine. This role is for the dealmaker who builds it.
About the Role
You'll own the brand partnerships P&L for BabyBillion. You'll hunt, pitch, close, and grow brand deals with FMCG, kids, family, and lifestyle brands and the agencies that buy on their behalf.
You will work directly with Akshit (Co-founder, Media) and a team of brand solutions strategists who'll build the decks and concepts behind your pitches.
What you'll do
- Build and own a pipeline of brand partnership opportunities across FMCG, kids, family, and lifestyle categories
- Pitch and close branded content deals with brands and media agencies
- Develop long-term partnerships with marquee accounts - moving them from one-off deals to annual retainers
- Negotiate commercials, structure deals, and own contract closure
- Work closely with our brand solutions team to convert briefs into winning pitches
- Represent BabyBillion in industry conversations, panels, and brand events
- Build relationships with senior marketers, agency leads, and CMOs across the kids and FMCG ecosystem

Who we're looking for
- 5-10 years in brand partnerships, branded content, custom solutions, or account management
- Background at a media network, OTT platform, branded content agency, creator-led content company, or top advertising agency
- Proven track record of personally closing brand deals worth ₹50L+
- Strong existing relationships with FMCG, kids, family, or lifestyle brands and their agencies
- Sharp commercial instincts - you know how to price, structure, and close
- Comfortable in founder-led, fast-moving environments
- Strong storyteller who can sell a creative concept, not just a media package
