Senior Project Manager for Capital Works

Drive capital improvements as a Senior Project Manager. Manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties focused on upgrades and project delivery across the GTA.

This role calls for a well-rounded project manager with significant experience in construction and capital planning. You will define project scope and budgets, coordinate third-party teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your technical acumen will greatly contribute to managing various building projects while staying on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from concept to completion
• Develop detailed estimates and project schedules
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance with standards
• Manage stakeholder alignment and internal approvals
• Maintain Building Condition Reports and assessments

Requirements

• 5–10 years in construction/project management
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• P.Eng. designation or progress toward it is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
