Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Ratnagiri. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess and treat patients with physical issues caused by illness, injury, or age. Responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, educating patients on physical therapies and exercises, and delivering hands-on treatments. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and maintaining detailed patient records will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Experience with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and pain management strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) or a related field
• Relevant certification or license to practice physiotherapy is mandatory
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and follow legal/ethical medical practices
• Previous experience in clinical or hospital settings is an added advantage
