Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented and empathetic Appointment Setter who can effectively communicate with potential patients, understand their concerns, and guide them toward booking a consultation.

This is a client-facing sales role that requires strong communication, listening skills, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Call fresh leads and convert them into booked consultations
• Follow up with interested but undecided leads
• Understand patient concerns and guide them appropriately
• Qualify leads based on intent, problem awareness, and readiness
• Handle objections with confidence and empathy
• Respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs
• Maintain accurate lead data using Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth scheduling

Preferred Knowledge (Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of lead funnels (lead → call → conversion)
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness industry
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or other AI tools

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (or as per business requirements)
• Compensation: Fixed pay + performance incentives
• Training: Provided
