Job Description
As a highly experienced and strategic Real-World Evidence (RWE) Analytics professional, you will be joining a dynamic team at a mid-senior level. Your expertise in real-world data (RWD) analytics, retrospective database studies, and advanced statistical methodologies will be crucial in delivering impactful insights to support clinical, medical, and commercial decision-making in global healthcare settings. You are expected to bring over a decade of international experience in RWE, demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, and lead complex analytics projects with autonomy and precision.
Your role will also involve managing a talented team, driving strategic HEOR and RWE initiatives, fostering innovation in data science and analytics, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- *Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**
- Design and execute RWE studies using structured and unstructured healthcare data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, registries, digital health)
- Develop and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights
- Lead retrospective database analyses to support evidence generation for medical affairs, market access, and clinical development
- Draft and review technical reports, abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations based on RWE findings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define research questions, study designs, and analytical approaches
- Present complex analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and internal knowledge sharing
- Ensure rigorous project management across timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- *Required Skills and Capabilities:**
- 1015 years of global experience in RWE analytics, healthcare data science, or related fields within life sciences or consulting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt analytical strategies to evolving business needs
- Deep understanding of therapeutic areas and disease treatment pathways
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and engage key stakeholders effectively
- Experience in managing teams and allocating resources efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning (preferred)
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- *Educational Background:**
- Bachelors degree in clinical or biological sciences, engineering, Stats or Operations Research
- Masters degree in outcomes research, health economics or related fields (Preferred)
- Doctoral degree in relevant field (Preferred)
