Role Description

The Ar Caller – Hospital Billing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Ar Caller will handle end-to-end activities related to the accounts receivable process in hospital billing. Key responsibilities include calling insurance companies to verify claim statuses, resolving denials and rejections, and ensuring timely reimbursement. The professional will collaborate with different teams and follow up on pending claims to maintain a streamlined billing cycle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical billing and coding concepts, along with familiarity with hospital billing processes and claims handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in handling calls and emails with client representatives and insurance providers.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, including the ability to resolve claim denial issues, track payment discrepancies, and process appeals.
• Basic skills in MS Office tools and familiarity with billing software systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in AR follow-up or hospital billing is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
