Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Manage and update CRM system with client information
- Track and analyze client interactions and data
- Support real estate agents with client relationship management
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
- Provide support on CRM best practices
- Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback
Skills Required: -
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 22+ yrs experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management
- Having knowledge of property laws, agreements, drafting etc.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
