Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Post Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience:
• 2+ years in Contact Centre / Customer Service (Axis Phones roles)
• 2–5 years in BFSI / Sales / Relationship Management (VRM roles)
• Prior experience in sales / cross-selling preferred
• Age Criteria: 20 to 32 years (Customer Service) / up to 35 years (VRM)

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (English + regional language)
• Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
• High sales orientation and target-driven approach
• Good knowledge of banking products (MFs, Insurance, CASA, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
