Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Support Engineer. The role requires delivering superior technical support to global clients by troubleshooting issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the optimal performance of Axiom's advanced Procurement platform. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, escalate complex issues, and contribute to customer success through in-depth problem analysis and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying root causes of system concerns.
• Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities to provide outstanding assistance and maintain client satisfaction.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, AI solutions, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Proven ability to work in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
