Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and low-voltage systems on hospitality or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MEP planning and site execution Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and low-voltage systems Review MEP drawings and identify clashes before execution Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors Ensure proper sequencing of MEP activities with civil and interior works Monitor quality, timelines, and execution standards on site Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications Handle daily site coordination and problem solving Support procurement and technical evaluation of MEP materials and vendors Ensure compliance with fire safety and statutory requirements Track project progress and provide regular execution updates Ensure proper testing and commissioning of all MEP systems
