Job Description

Role Description  We are seeking a People Data Intern to design and build a scalable MyHR Data Agent that enables natural language access to governed workforce analytics. This role will focus on leveraging a mirrored Azure SQL MyHR database and Microsoft Fabric to create reliable data pipelines, curated datasets, and a conversational interface that allows HRBPs and leaders to easily access key people metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring trends. Jersey City, NJ</li> </ul> Technical Skills (academic or project-based experience acceptable)  <ul> <li> Familiarity with SQL and relational data concepts.</li> <li> Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, or analytics platforms.</li> <li> Understanding of workforce or HR data is a plus.</li> <li> Experience or interest in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure SQL, or conversational analytics tools is preferred but notrequired.</li> </ul> Core Competencies  <ul> <li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and governance.</li> <li> Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving requirements in a project-based environment.</li> <li> Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li> <li>Curiosity, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn modern people data and AI-driven analytics practices. </li> </ul> The typical base salary range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour.
