<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a People Data Intern to design and build a scalable MyHR Data Agent that enables natural language access to governed workforce analytics. This role will focus on leveraging a mirrored Azure SQL MyHR database and Microsoft Fabric to create reliable data pipelines, curated datasets, and a conversational interface that allows HRBPs and leaders to easily access key people metrics such as headcount, attrition, and hiring trends. The intern will work at the intersection of data engineering, people analytics, and AI-driven reporting, partnering closely with the People Analytics and Data Engineering teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
