Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst / Quality Assurance (BA/QA) professional with strong

expertise in automation testing and mobile testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing test strategies, and ensuring the

quality of software solutions through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements,translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements and gain a deep understanding of business needs.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Execute manual and automated testing for software applications, including web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Perform end-to-end testing of systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across modules and platforms.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test coverage, defect prediction, and test execution efficiency.
• Use AI-based tools to identify high-risk areas, detect anomalies, and optimize regression testing efforts.
• Validate AI-driven application workflows and ensure system outputs align with business and functional requirements.

Automation Testing:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Implement and execute automated testing for web and mobile applications, focusing on key processes.
• Continuously enhance and optimize the automation test suite to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Utilize AI-powered automation testing tools to create, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts.
• Enhance automation coverage by using AI-based test case generation and intelligent test prioritization.

Mobile Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms.
• Test mobile apps for functionality, usability, performance, and security, adhering to industry best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot mobile-specific issues, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Apply AI-based testing approaches to validate mobile app behavior, usability patterns, and performance across devices.
• Use intelligent testing techniques to identify device-specific issues and improve mobile test efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document test results, defect reports, and testing progress in a clear and organized manner.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing status, including risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of business requirements, test plans, and test cases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst/quality assurance professional,
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and frameworks.
• Experience in mobile application testing, including Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in using QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and intelligent test automation platforms.
• Understanding of self-healing automation frameworks and AI-assisted test case generation.
• Exposure to testing AI/ML-enabled applications or validating AI-driven workflows is a plus.
