Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills Strong hands-on in SAP CAP with Node.js (cds, srv, db layers).
• Excellent knowledge of CDS modelling (entities, associations, compositions, annotations). Experience building OData services and handling paging/filtering/expand/select performance.
• Good understanding of BTP Destination service, connectivity, and principal propagation basics. Knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and query optimization concepts. Familiarity with XSUAA security, roles, scopes, and access restrictions. Hands-on with Git, debugging, and API testing tools (Postman, REST clients).
• Knowledge on BTP services Good to Have (Preferred) SAP Cloud SDK expertise (execute destination retrieval, resilience patterns).
• Experience with Event Mesh, queues/topics, and message-driven CAP patterns.(Optional) Exposure to Fiori Elements/UI5 integration patterns with CAP.
• CI/CD exposure (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SAP Continuous Integration Delivery). Experience with multitenancy and SaaS patterns on BTP.
